Love it. Durable, easy to use, and I can get replacement parts. I used to list web poles in my consumable products inventory because they would wear out pretty quickly, now they are categorized in my equipment inventory. As long as they are properly used and stored, the Black-Ops XL, will last indefinitely. Additional attachments and features are a plus.
I love the new nozzle and holster combo that I purchased from Spectrum 3D. I am currently using a Flowzone Typhoon 3.0 backpack sprayer. The nozzle fits perfectly and effortlessly with Flowzone's quick connect adapter on the tip of the wand. The nozzle has multiple spray settings to tackle every type of service. The larger holster was installed in about 3 minutes using the OEM hardware that came with my Flowzone. I simply removed the original holster and replaced it with this larger one. I couldn't be happier with the products that I've ordered from Spectrum 3D. So far, I've ordered the Black Ops 24' pole and the sidekick bundle (scraper and web brush). I have tried to intentionally destroy the web brush, but the thing is indestructible! And it works extremely well at removing spider webs and paper wasp nests. The scraper works well at removing mud dauber nests. I highly recommend ordering from Spectrum 3D. These products are made by pest control technicians who actually run service routes everyday. They know exactly what type of products we need to deliver safe and effective pest control, while making our lives easier at the same time.
