Return and Refund Policy

Handling returns isn’t fun for anyone! Please contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure of sizing or application and we will be happy to help you!

Refund Policy

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and any other hardware or parts received.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department (usually within 1-2 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.



We do not currently offer product exchanges. Once we have processed your return, you can order the correct products you need at any time.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders usually within one business day.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Damaged Items

All items damaged in shipping must be claimed within 30 days of the date received. Please review your items immediately upon receipt to ensure all parts/hardware are in the package and in working condition so we can resolve this problem immediately.
If a package is received with damage, please photograph prior to opening and photograph any visible damage upon opening and inspecting. Send all pictures to us through our Contact Us page so we can begin a claim with the shipping service.
